A lady who appears to be mentally unstable caused a scene along a road in Owerri, Imo state capital.

A young nigeiran lady has gone mad after she reportedly lodged into a hotel with a certain man that she was with.

The yet-to-be-identified lady is seen in a viral video as she exhibits symptoms of mental instability.
